The material is excellent, the cut and stitching are superb. For a height of 176 cm, weight of 77 kg, and chest volume of 104 cm, sizes XL and XXL are suitable. For leisurely walking, XL is probably better, but for active activities, sports, or training – XXL (an extra 2 centimeters in length would be just right on the pull-up bar, and it’s more comfortable on the torso). But I buy long-sleeved sweatshirts and fleeces in size XL here.
